As a former Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officer with 22 years of tenure, he transitioned into high-impact roles at leading conglomerates like Tata Steel and Tata-Sasol JV before founding BNB Land Consultancy in 2021. His work has facilitated the acquisition and development of over 13,000 acres for industrial complexes, including landmark projects for POSCO, Mittal, Aditya Birla, TATA, and Jindal.

Binod’s leadership at BNB Land Consultancy since 2021 drives efficient land acquisition, R&R, and clearances for ventures like Vedanta’s Sijimali Bauxite Mines and AMNS displacements. As Advisor and Head at Tata Steel, he secured key approvals for the Subarnarekha Port and led a 100-member Pan-India team in land standardization and township development. His Tata-Sasol JV role refined coal block strategies amid policy shifts, while his OAS tenure pioneered major acquisitions like Kalinga Nagar (13,000 acres) and shaped Odisha’s R&R Policy 2006.
